Job summary

Worley is seeking a Cement Finisher to join our construction team. You will smooth, level and finish freshly poured concrete at job sites, operate troweling equipment and vibrators, and ensure quality finishes in industrial projects.

Ideally you have 4+ years in industrial construction/maintenance and a solid ability to read blueprints and sketches to guide pours and formwork. This role requires physical stamina and commitment to safe, efficient site work.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years industrial construction/maintenance experience.
• Strong knowledge of pouring, leveling, forming, troweling machine for finishing, and concrete.

Responsibilities

• Smooth, level and finish freshly poured concrete at job sites.
• Spread and level concrete; use power vibrators and hand tamping devices; smoothing process and all other operations to complete pours.

Position Summary

Responsible for smoothing out, leveling and finishing freshly poured concrete at job or construction sites. Responsible for spreading and leveling of concrete, compaction by using power vibrators and hand tamping devices, smoothing process and all other operations to complete pours. Interpret basic blueprint and sketches.
