Job summary

Worley is seeking a concrete finishing specialist to join our on-site construction teams in the United States. You will smooth freshly poured concrete, spread and level surfaces, and operate troweling equipment to finish pours in accordance with project specs.

Interpret basic blueprints, follow safety protocols, and help ensure quality finishes and timely completion. This role demands physical stamina and a proactive approach to supporting diverse, sustainable energy infrastructure projects.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years in industrial construction/maintenance related to concrete finishing.
• Strong knowledge of pouring, leveling, forming, troweling machine operation, and concrete finishing.

Responsibilities

• Smooth freshly poured concrete and finish surfaces.
• Spread, level, and compact concrete using vibrators and hand tools.
• Interpret basic blueprints and sketches to guide finishing work.

Position Summary

Responsible for smoothing out, leveling and finishing freshly poured concrete at job or construction sites. Responsible for spreading and leveling of concrete, compaction by using power vibrators and hand tamping devices, smoothing process and all other operations to complete pours. Interpret basic blueprint and sketches.
