Qualifications

• Needs clear verbal and written communication for customer and team.
• Ability to schedule, dispatch, and track equipment and personnel.
• Strong time management and organizational abilities are essential.
• Customer-focused with the ability to relay information accurately.
• Comfort with GPS, maps, and locating equipment and personnel.

Responsibilities

• Move equipment, personnel, and materials between cement yard and job sites.
• Dispatch crews, equipment, and service vehicles as per work orders.
• Communicate with customers and managers to answer questions and capture requests.
• Relay information to crews and supervisors from work orders.
• Log work orders and service data in Excel or similar tools.
• Schedule equipment service and track repairs.
• Monitor equipment and personnel locations and adjust plans as needed.
• Advise on traffic, weather, and hazards affecting travel to sites.
• Adhere to Health, Safety and Environmental (HSE) policies and PPE requirements.
• Perform any other duties as assigned.
