Qualifications

• Previous experience in tower climbing or telecommunications work preferred.
• Strong commitment to safety and regulatory compliance is essential.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; CDL a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of cellular towers and antennas.
• Conduct routine inspections and follow safety protocols.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve project goals.
