Job summary

Kaiser Permanente Northwest seeks a Quality and Safety Improvement Leader to serve as Cellular Therapy Lead, providing strategic leadership, consultation, and operational oversight for the cellular therapy program across Oregon and Southwest Washington.

You will support FACT accreditation, drive quality, safety, and regulatory compliance, and collaborate across hospitals, ambulatory sites, and regional services to standardize practices and advance KP safety culture.

Qualifications

• Minimum five (5) years of leadership experience in a clinical/healthcare administration context.
• Bachelor's degree as listed plus 8+ years of quality/performance improvement experience or 11+ years in quality/performance improvement.

Responsibilities

• Promotes learning and builds cross-functional relationships; provides actionable feedback to teams.
• Drives execution of multiple work streams; develops procedures and policies; secures cross-functional support.
• Develops advanced data collection and analyses to support quality improvement reporting and metrics.
• Investigates opportunities to improve quality improvement and risk management across regions; ensures regulatory compliance.
• Provides technical advice on metrics development and data utilization; aligns with strategic objectives.
• Directs development of multiple quality improvement initiatives using Lean/Six-Sigma principles.
