Job summary

Georgetown University seeks a Clinical Research Coordinator 2 to support cellular therapy trials in the Lombardi Comprehensive Cancer Center. The role involves coordinating study activities, maintaining CTMS, and liaising with investigators and sponsors to ensure protocol adherence.

You will work on start-up through trial completion with emphasis on patient safety, data integrity, and regulatory compliance in a dynamic clinical research environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in a scientific or health related field is required.
• 3–5 years of related clinical research experience preferred.
• Knowledge of clinical research processes and Good Clinical Practice (GCP).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate retrieval and documentation of informed consent.
• Schedule and coordinate protocol procedures and assessments per GCP.
• Maintain CTMS with patient information and dates for financial management.
• Collaborate with study team to prepare agendas and minutes; distribute actions.
• Support start-up activities, site initiation visits, monitoring, and audits.
• Serve as liaison with hospital staff, investigators, IRB, and sponsors.
