You will conduct mammalian cell culture, PCR/qPCR, protein assays, immunostaining and imaging experiments under supervision, maintaining accurate records and ensuring safety compliance.

The role requires following SOPs, organizing workload, and effective communication with the team.

Qualifikationen

• Knowledge of standard laboratory safety and quality-control practices.
• Ability to follow detailed SOPs and maintain accurate research records.
• Ability to organize workload and communicate findings.

Aufgaben

• Perform established mammalian cell culture, molecular, biochemical and microscopy assays.
• Prepare reagents and samples; run PCR/qPCR, protein assays and immunostaining.
• Maintain equipment, supplies and laboratory safety compliance.

Bachelor's degree in biology / biomedical sciences / neuroscience / biochemistry / molecular biology / pharmacology
