Job summary

Skydio is seeking a Cellular Compliance Engineer to drive PTCRB and carrier certification testing for its autonomous products. The role involves hands-on test execution at labs, collaboration with vendors, and on-site troubleshooting to keep certification on schedule.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in cellular testing, LTE/5G NR knowledge, and is comfortable traveling up to 50% of the time. FAA Part 107 is encouraged for all employees.

Qualifications

• BS or MS in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Hands-on cellular certification testing experience.
• Experience with PTCRB and carrier certification processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead cellular certification testing programs and plans.
• Collaborate with labs, vendors, and operators to execute tests.
• Troubleshoot failures and drive issues to resolution.
• Analyze logs and RF data for certification readiness.
