• Develop curriculum focused on cello technique, music theory, and performance.
• Demonstrate posture, bowing, fingering and playing techniques.
• Provide constructive feedback to support musical growth.
• Maintain a welcoming, structured classroom environment.
• Manage classroom behavior and encourage creativity and teamwork.
• Prepare and tidy the lesson space; care for instruments and materials.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the Program Coordinator.
