Octopi Brewing in Madison, Wisconsin is seeking a motivated Cellar Brewer to contribute to a fast-paced, 24/7 production operation. You’ll join a 30-person cellar crew and work on fermentation, pitching yeast, conditioning, filtration, and CIP to keep our lines running.

The role emphasizes hands-on fermentation work, cleanliness, safety, and collaboration with shift supervisors to hit targets. Prior brewing or manufacturing experience is a nice-to-have, and candidates should be comfortable on

• Work shoulder-to-shoulder with your shift supervisor and teammates to hit production targets.

ABOUT ASAHI BEER USA / OCTOPI BREWING

Founded in 2014 as a Wisconsin contract brewery, Octopi Brewing has spent over a decade brewing and packaging beer, seltzers, RTDs, and sodas for clients nationwide. In 2024, Asahi — brewers of Asahi Super Dry — acquired Octopi, making us the U.S. production home of Super Dry. Today, our 250+ person team of beverage industry pros keeps that same local, quality-first spirit alive at a state-of-the-art facility. We continue to brew/batch many styles of beer, seltzer, and soda in addition to Asahi SuperDry. Our cellar department alone is 30 brewers strong, running production around the clock across five shifts.

Octopi's cellar team keeps a 24/7 operation moving — and as the U.S. home of Asahi Super Dry, that operation is only getting bigger. We're adding brewers across all five shifts to keep pace with real, sustained growth.

PAY BY SHIFT

Pay starts at $24.00/hr - $26.00/hr based on experience, with growth up to $34.00/hr through our tiered Brewer Career Matrix — whether you build that experience here or bring it with you, already brewed. Shifts outside of 1st shift include an additional shift differential on top of that base — never a lower starting rate, just added pay for the shift.
