Job summary

Centerline Communications LLC is hiring an Apprentice Cell Tower Technician in Bloomfield, CT. You will gain hands-on training installing and maintaining wireless infrastructure, learning to safely climb, troubleshoot, and support networks that keep communities connected.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required or equivalent.
• Observe all safety rules and procedures.
• 6 months to 1 year experience in cellular construction or training.
• Physically capable and able to climb and work at heights.
• Willingness to travel; hotels and per diem provided.
• Valid driver's license and be insurable.
• Ability to read rigging plans and understand project docs.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret project documents and JHA.
• Read rigging plans and diagrams.
• Support RF and steel installation activities.
• Perform rigging tasks as directed by supervisors.
• Demonstrate compliant climbing techniques.
• Assist with truck and trailer movements and positioning.
• Participate in safety trainings and tool inspections.
