Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in cellular construction.
• Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Possess a valid driver’s license and be insurable under the company insurance policy.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and troubleshoot cell tower infrastructure.
• Perform various rigging tasks as directed.
• Comply with safety procedures while working at heights.

Skills

Basic understanding of project documents and JHA paperwork

Ability to read and understand rigging plans

Basic understanding of RF and Steel installation/modification

Excellent physical conditioning and stamina

Basic computer skills

Education

High School Diploma

Tools

Sweep & PIM testing & fiber testing certifications

Competent Tower Climber and Rescuer Certification

First Aid & CPR
