East Coast Communications in Gorham, ME is seeking entry-level Telecommunications Tower Technicians to support critical infrastructure upgrades. This full-time role involves travel up to 60% and hands-on tower work installing, repairing and upgrading wireless equipment.

What You'll Do:

• Travel (Approx. 60% of the time) out of town (M-F), with per diem provided
• Climb towers up to 300 feet (safely!)
• Install, repair, upgrade and maintain wireless equipment
• Use hand tools, rigging, and mechanical gear
• Follow all safety procedures - no shortcuts

What You'll Need:

• Willingness to work at heights, outdoors in all different weather
• Basic hand tool and mechanical skills
• Valid driver's license; clean record
• Must pass drug test, physical, and background check
• Experience working at heights (construction, military, etc.) is a plus

Physical Demands:

• Must lift up to 70+ lbs & climb tall structures
• Work in all types of weather
• Stand, bend, and stretch for extended periods
