Job summary
RoslinCT is seeking a Process Engineer II to join the MS&T team in advancing cell therapy manufacturing. You will develop technology transfer plans, collaborate with Manufacturing, Quality, Facilities, and external partners, and support routine production through troubleshooting and process optimization.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Biological, Biomedical or Chemical Engineering with 3–5 years in cell therapy manufacturing.
- Experience with aseptic manufacturing and cell therapy equipment support.
- Strong independent experimental design, execution, data analysis and troubleshooting.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute technology transfer plans for partner programs with MS&T, Manufacturing, Quality, Facilities, and Operations.
- Support GMP production with troubleshooting, deviation investigations, and CAPAs.
- Draft and design GMP Batch Records and SOPs for partner programs and right-first-time execution.
