AstraZeneca plc seeks an Associate Director, Cell Therapy Supply Chain Operations Transformation & Performance Lead to drive end-to-end process transformation and operational excellence across the Cell Therapy Global Supply Chain. You will partner with leaders to simplify, standardize, and scale end-to-end processes while strengthening governance and performance visibility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in a related field.
• 6+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience in biopharmaceutical or regulated operations environments.
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt required.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic transformation initiatives across the cell therapy supply chain.
• Establish end-to-end process framework with governance, standards, ownership, and continuous improvement.
• Partner with supply chain leaders to design future-state, scalable operating models.
• Drive operational excellence through Lean methodologies and structured problem-solving.
• Facilitate cross-functional workshops to map current and future-state processes and roadmaps.
• Develop and enhance the global supply chain performance management framework with KPIs and review routines.
• Lead change management and stakeholder engagement to drive adoption of new processes and governance structures.
• Partner with Digital and Supply Chain teams to identify automation, analytics, and AI-enabled solutions.
• Leverage data to identify trends, measure transformation outcomes, and support strategic decisions.
• Build partnerships across Planning, Procurement, Manufacturing, Logistics, Quality, and Digital to drive end-to-end transformation.
• Communicate transformation roadmaps and outcomes to senior stakeholders.
