Job summary

AstraZeneca in Tarzana and Santa Monica, CA seeks an Associate Director, Site Supply Chain to lead end-to-end planning, capacity evaluation, and site operations across manufacturing facilities. You will drive S&OE cadence, optimize inventory, support new product introductions, and embed digital tools with cross-functional partners.

The role demands 8+ years in supply chain/operations, strong leadership, and expertise in ERP/advanced planning systems to improve service and cost while ensuring GMP

Qualifications

• 8+ years in supply chain, operations, or related disciplines.
• Experience leading site supply chain strategies to improve capacity and reliability.
• Proficiency with ERP and advanced planning systems.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end site operations planning for Tarzana and Santa Monica facilities.
• Develop capacity and inventory plans to optimize resources and throughput.
• Lead change assessments for new product introductions and scale-up.
• Establish monthly S&OE reviews to improve service and cost.
• Coach and align cross-functional teams with senior leadership.
• Utilize ERP and planning tools to translate data into actionable plans.
