Qualifications

• BS or MS in Immunology, Cell Biology, Molecular Biology, Bioengineering or related field.
• 3+ years of relevant research experience.
• Hands-on experience with primary human immune-cell culture.
• Experience with flow cytometry acquisition and analysis.
• Ability to design experiments and interpret results.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in vitro Cell Therapy and immunology experiments.
• Culture and characterize primary T and NK cells.
• Engineer T cells using viral and/or non-viral approaches.
• Develop reusable assays and workflows across programs.
• Plan and perform multiparameter flow cytometry experiments.
• Integrate findings across functional assays and data types with collaborators.
• Maintain accurate records and communicate results clearly.
