Job summary

Independently performs complex, highly specialized cell manipulation procedures on irreplaceable Human Cells, Tissues, and Cellular and Tissue-Based Products (HCT/P's). The technologist handles aseptic processing, accurate calculations, documentation, and compliance with cGMP, cGTP, CAP, and FACT.

Key responsibilities include routine and advanced tests, quality control, instrument maintenance, record-keeping, calibration, reagent checks, supplies management, and timely reporting of results.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Licenses: Tennessee Medical Laboratory Act, ASCP MLS, AMT MT.
• At least 1 year of relevant laboratory experience.

Responsibilities

• Performs routine and some advanced procedures with accuracy.
• Documents QC, maintains records and ensures timely reporting of results.
