Job summary

Bristol Myers Squibb is seeking an Associate in Summit, NJ to perform testing of in-process, final product, and stability samples, ensuring compliance with cGMP and regulatory standards. The role engages in data verification and GMP documentation review to support the QC Analytical team in a cell therapy facility.

The ideal candidate has a science background, up to 2 years of analytical/QC experience, and familiarity with lab techniques.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in science preferred; associate degree with relevant experience may be considered.
• 0-2+ years of analytical testing or QC experience in a regulated environment.
• Experience with basic laboratory techniques and GMP documentation is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine testing of in-process, final product, and stability samples.
• May review GMP documentation and perform data verification.
• Support document revision, CAPA and deviation/ investigation tasks and continuous improvement.
• May train analysts on general job duties.
• Perform other tasks as assigned.
