Job summary

Bayer (Schweiz) AG in Berkeley, CA is seeking a QC Analyst to perform GMP analytical testing of cell therapy products at our production site. You will run tests with flow cytometry, ddPCR, and microscopy, while maintaining LIMS data and SOP compliance.

Qualifications

• B.S. in Biological Sciences, Biochemistry, Molecular Biology, Chemistry, or related field.
• Experience with flow cytometric assays for cell therapy products.
• Knowledge of GLP/GMP guidelines for biologics testing.
• Strong written and verbal communication for scientific reports.

Responsibilities

• Perform GMP analytical testing of cell therapy products using flow cytometry, microscopy, and ddPCR.
• Test raw materials, intermediates, and final cell therapy products like CAR-T cells and iPSCs.
• Support QC functions and maintain knowledge of USP/NF, EP, JP compendia.
• Follow SOPs and cGMP requirements; document and report abnormalities.
• Design and conduct complex experiments and communicate results across departments.
