Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in medical technology/medical laboratory sciences or biological, chemical or physical science.
• Master’s degree preferred.
• 4+ years of relevant experience; exceptions: Master’s degree with 2+ years.
• Experience with clinical lab techniques and coordination with hospital personnel.

Responsibilities

• Performs cellular therapy processing and cryopreservation procedures according to SOPs.
• Maintains documentation in compliance with FDA Good Tissue Practices and Good Manufacturing Practices, and with FACT/CAP/AABB standards.
• Demonstrates workflow organization and time management; reviews processing records for accuracy.
• Assists in equipment qualification and procedure validation; supports troubleshooting guidelines.
