Bristol Myers Squibb in Summit West, NJ is seeking a Manufacturing Associate in the Cell Therapy team to operate equipment and execute production steps for blood components under cGMP controls. The role emphasizes aseptic technique, adherence to GDPs, and cross-functional collaboration.

The position supports investigations, CAPA closures, and on-time training to maintain technical expertise and process knowledge. Onsite shifts are 1:30 p.m.–10:00 p.m., with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; Bachelor's or Associate degree preferred.
• 0–1 year of cGMP cell therapy manufacturing or related experience.
• Basic understanding of cell culture, aseptic processing and lab techniques.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate equipment to support production of blood components through cell culture, harvest, and cryopreservation.
• Support deviation investigations and CAPA closures within shift schedule.
• Maintain aseptic technique and record production data clearly per GDPs.
• Adhere to GMP, safety, quality systems, and cross-functional teamwork.
• Contribute to continuous improvement and training within the function.
