Job summary

Bristol Myers Squibb is seeking a Manufacturing Manager to oversee a Work Centered Team responsible for Cell Therapy manufacturing. You will drive safety, quality, and continuous improvement within a CAR‑T GMP environment, while ensuring compliance with SOPs and cGMP guidelines.

The role requires leadership of operators, planning and scheduling, and collaboration across Quality, Warehouse, and Manufacturing Science & Technology to meet production goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 5+ years of manufacturing experience with 2+ years in leadership.
• Experience in CAR‑T GMP manufacturing and regulated environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead a Work Centered Team (WCT) in CAR-T GMP manufacturing.
• Ensure safety, compliance, and continuous improvement.
• Manage scheduling, resources, and budget adherence.
• Coach and develop team via regular 1:1s and performance reviews.
• Collaborate with Quality, Warehouse, and IT functions.
