Job summary

Bristol Myers Squibb is hiring a Manufacturing Associate, Cell Therapy to produce blood-derived components in a cGMP cleanroom under supervision. You will operate equipment, assist with deviations and CAPAs, and adhere to quality systems on an onsite afternoon shift in Summit, NJ.

The role requires basic knowledge of cell culture, aseptic processing, and GMP/FDA regulations, with 0–1 years of related experience. A High School diploma is required, and higher degrees are preferred.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of cell culture, cryopreservation, purification and aseptic processing.
• Basic understanding of cGMP/FDA regulations.
• Proficient in MS Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate equipment to support production of blood component lots through cell culture, harvest, and cryopreservation.
• Support deviation investigations and CAPAs; ensure on-time closure within shift.
• Maintain GDP-compliant records and work in a cross-functional team on the production schedule.
