Bristol Myers Squibb is seeking a Manufacturing Manager I to lead cell therapy manufacturing operations in our Bothell, WA facility. You will manage process execution, drive continuous improvement, and ensure safety and compliance across the team.

You will guide troubleshooting, support investigations, and mentor staff while coordinating with quality, planning, and global supply. The role requires strong leadership and deep knowledge of cGMP cell therapy processes.

Qualifications

• Requires 5+ years in cGMP cell therapy manufacturing or related bioprocessing, with 2 years of leadership experience.
• Experience with cell therapy manufacturing, aseptic processing, ISO 5 biosafety cabinets, and CRE/CFM controls.
• Strong focus on safety, compliance, and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Lead and drive execution of manufacturing processes per written work instructions and batch records.
• Manage resources, plan daily activities, and control costs.
• Ensure cleanroom and GMP compliance; oversee training and coaching of staff.
• Coordinate with Planning, QA, and Global Supply to communicate status and timelines.
• Drive right‑first‑time initiatives and implement corrective/preventive actions.
