Job summary

University Hospitals is seeking a Senior Cell Therapy Lab Specialist Immunotherapy to perform advanced processing of hematopoietic cells and novel cellular therapies. You will work without daily supervision, develop and optimize procedures, and ensure regulatory and quality compliance within the Seidman Cancer Center and Wesley Immunotherapy Center.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in biological sciences or health sciences is required.
• Master's degree or PhD in biological sciences or related field is required.
• 7+ years of experience in a clinical, analytical or biotech/pharma lab is required.
• 4+ years of experience when holding a Master's/PhD is required.

Responsibilities

• Operate autologous and allogeneic cellular therapy processing under SOPs.
• Prepare cell products for infusion with regulatory compliance.
• Maintain records and QA documentation per GxP guidelines.
• Troubleshoot and improve cell processing workflows and data management.
• Train staff and serve as a technical expert for the team.
