Qualifikationen

• 5+ years cell therapy lab experience (GMP or cell processing) and 5+ years of leadership.
• Experience in academic Cell Processing and cGMP labs, with FDA/FACT familiarity.
• Strong documentation and data interpretation skills.
• Ability to differentiate colors and pass color vision screening.

• Provide operational, technical, and administrative leadership for the Cell Processing Laboratory and GMP Laboratory.
• Oversee regulatory readiness and quality systems to support cellular therapy programs.
• Develop staff, mentor teams, and manage resources to ensure safety, efficiency, and compliance.
• Partner with clinical, quality, research, and administrative leaders to advance program growth and patient care.
