• 1+ year of experience as a lead, supervisory, or team coordination role.
• Knowledge of healthcare insurance, payer requirements, prior authorization, benefits verification, and reimbursement processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Cell and Gene Therapy Business Coordinator team in day-to-day operations.
• Oversee insurance verification, prior authorization, payer communications, and billing documentation.
• Drive process improvements to minimize financial risk and ensure timely patient access to care.
