Job summary

Lonza in Houston, TX is seeking a Core Technician - Cell Therapy to support aseptic processing of clinical and commercial products in a GMP environment.

You will operate equipment, maintain sterile conditions, and complete GMP documentation while collaborating with Manufacturing, Quality, and Operations to meet production schedules.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–2 years of cell therapy or related biopharma GMP experience.
• Proficiency with SOPs, instructions, and production schedules.

Responsibilities

• Participate in aseptic processing and manufacture of cell therapy products.
• Perform aseptic cell culture manipulations in Grade A/B cleanrooms.
• Operate processing equipment per approved SOPs and escalate issues.
• Document GMP activities accurately and timely.
• Review batch records and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Follow safety policies and containment strategies.
