The Cell Therapy Account Manager is responsible for driving adoption and volume growth of the CareDx Cell Therapy & Transplant portfolio, including AlloHeme and associated molecular testing and digital solutions. Focusing primarily on blood and marrow transplant centers, cell therapy programs, hematology-oncology practices, and academic medical centers, the Cell Therapy Account Manager will educate providers on the clinical value of AlloHeme, support implementation of new testing programs, and drive ongoing utilization through strategic account management.
The Cell Therapy Account Manager will coordinate and collaborate with Clinical Liaisons, Medical Affairs, Customer Experience, Marketing, and Sales Operations to develop and execute account-specific growth strategies. Successful candidates are consultative sellers with strong clinical aptitude, strategic account management skills, and the ability to navigate complex healthcare organizations with multiple stakeholders and approval processes. This is an anticipated base salary range plus incentive variable compensation in the United States. The final salary offered to a successful candidate will be dependent on several factors that may include but are not limited to the type and length of experience within the job, type and length of experience within the industry, education, etc. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units. CareDx is a multi-state employer, and this salary range may not reflect positions that work in other states.
