Mobile World LLC is seeking a dependable and experienced Cell Phone Repair Technician to join our growing repair operation in Marine Park, Brooklyn.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair iPhones, Samsung phones, and other mobile devices
• Perform screen, battery, charging-port, camera, speaker, microphone, and button repairs
• Troubleshoot hardware and software problems
• Complete device setup, software updates, and data transfers
• Clearly explain repair options and estimated completion times to customers
• Handle customer devices and information carefully
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional workstation
