Job summary

uBreakiFix in Frisco, TX is seeking a repair technician to diagnose, troubleshoot and fix devices while delivering excellent customer service. You will provide repair estimates and explain technical matters in simple terms, recording transactions at the POS and upholding quality standards.

The role requires the ability to repair phones, tablets and laptops, plus strong communication and organizational skills. Retail experience and flexibility including weekends are a plus.

Qualifications

Pay/Commission:

Base pay: $15 - $20 (depending on experience)

Additional commission pay available for example: Selling Asurion Tech Care Services, Screen Protectors, Cases, etc.
