Job summary

Röchling SE & Co. KG is seeking a 2nd shift (3pm-11pm) and 3rd shift (11pm-7am) worker to perform general labor at the molding machines on weekdays and weekends as needed.

The role requires reading and following work instructions, lifting up to 35 pounds, maintaining production records, and adhering to all safety policies while supporting 5S practices in the work cell. Compliance with quality standards is essential.

Qualifications

• Must perform general manual labor tasks per work instructions.
• Capable of lifting up to 35 pounds.
• Able to read and follow work instructions to ensure quality.
• Maintain production records.
• Follow all safety and operating policies.
• Stack/pack assemblies per product specs.
• Monitor machines and report malfunctions or quality issues.
• Perform 5S activities in the work cell areas.
• Set up, operate, and troubleshoot all secondary equipment for the SCR tank cell.
• Maintain acceptable attendance.
• Other duties as needed.

Responsibilities

• Operate molding machines and secondary equipment per work instructions.

• Inspect outputs for quality and report issues.
• Assist in packing and staging of molded products.

• Must perform general manual labor tasks including operating assembly equipment and performing tasks per the work instructions at the molding machines.


• Required to lift up to 35 pounds.


• Must be capable of reading and following work instructions to produce a quality product.


• Must maintain appropriate production records.


• Required to follow all company safety and operating policies.


• Capable of stacking and/or packing various assemblies and molding product per product specification.


• Must observe continuous operation of machines and notify supervisor of machine malfunctions and/or quality issues.


• Abide and perform 5S activities within work cell machine areas.


• Set up, Operate, and troubleshoot all secondary equipment for the SCR tank Cell


• Must have acceptable attendance record


• Other duties as needed.
