Enerpac Tool Group is seeking a Cell Lead to drive daily operations on a fast-paced manufacturing floor. You will coach and mentor a 25-30 person team, ensure safety and quality, and partner with supervisors to address challenges and optimize workflow.
This is a hands-on leadership role focused on Lean, 5S, and continuous improvement. You will lead start-up meetings, track KPIs, manage training, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet production goals.

As a Cell Lead, you are the frontline leader, the driving force behind a high-performing team. You coach, mentor, train, and motivate employees, ensuring a culture of continuous improvement, accountability, and excellence. While not a direct supervisor, you play a critical role in cultivating talent, fostering engagement, and maintaining high standards in safety, quality, delivery, and cost (SQDC).
You are the first point of contact for your team, providing hands‑on technical support, problem‑solving, and ensuring all policies, work instructions, and best practices are followed. You proactively identify and elevate both personnel and operational challenges to the Production Supervisor as needed while maintaining a solutions‑oriented approach.
With an unwavering commitment to lean principles and operational excellence, you facilitate daily team meetings, track key performance indicators, lead process improvements, and champion a positive work environment. You also step in where needed, whether troubleshooting issues, optimizing workflow, or filling in on the assembly line.
As a leader by example, you ensure your team is engaged, trained, and equipped to succeed-driving results that meet both production goals and company objectives. Your role is not just about oversight- it's about employing your team, ensuring seamless operations, and cultivating a culture of success.
Monday - Friday; 5am - 1:30 pm; Overtime 5am-3:30pm
Employee will lift 1-30 pounds intermittently and may have to lift documents/work materials up to 70 pounds (assisted lift) in weight. Employee will have to be able to walk, bend and lift for a significant portion of the role. Employee will need manual (hand) dexterity to assemble/repair small parts for long periods of time. Employee will need to listen, understand, and speak with team members at all levels within a diverse workforce.
Employee will be in a manufacturing environment where they may work near moving mechanical parts and may be exposed to electrical shock and vibration. Employee will be exposed to elevated levels of noise on the plant floor.
