With over 1,400 employees across four time zones and seven sites, we have more than doubled in size since 2019 and are continuing to grow at pace.Our team is looking for a **Cell Manager** at our Chatsworth, CA office.The Operations Supervisor will be responsible for team Supervision and Providing direct support to front line team members in meeting their daily production targets to ensure customer expectations are met.**ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND BASIC DUTIES FOR THIS JOB:*** Resource Management: Allocates and coordinates resources effectively to meet operational objectives.* Performance Management: Conducts performance evaluations, provides feedback, manages member development, recognition and ensures accountability and policy adherence.* Problem Solving: Identifies and resolves day-to-day technical and operational issues and coaching and mentoring team's problem-solving capabilities.* Process Improvement: Collaborates with key stakeholders to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness to improve the production system and meet customer demand.**Main Qualifications:*** Leadership: The ability to guide, motivate, and inspire teams to achieve goals while fostering collaboration, accountability, and a positive work environment.* Critical Thinking, Problem Solving: The ability to analyze situations, evaluate options, and develop effective solutions using logic, creativity, and sound judgment.* Operational Management: The ability to oversee daily operations, optimize processes, allocate resources effectively, and ensure productivity while meeting organizational goals and maintaining quality standards.
