Job Overview

The Cell Health and Centrifuge Sales Consultant is responsible for tailoring cell health and centrifugation solutions to help our customers achieve their research goals across various applications. This is a fully remote role covering Upstate New York, reporting to the Northeast and Canadian Regional Manager.

Key Responsibilities

1. Develop and implement an annual sales plan outlining objectives, opportunities, and major customers within the assigned territory.
2. Engage in sales activities such as customer visits, trade shows, product demonstrations, and channel management. Coordinate distributor training to meet corporate goals.
3. Maintain accurate sales forecasts and CRM data, including monthly funnel updates.
4. Manage customer mailing lists and report on competitive activities using Salesforce.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field with 2+ years of experience in life sciences or capital equipment sales.
• Strong communication, presentation, and sales skills, with a track record of success in life sciences or technical sales.
• Excellent time management, interpersonal skills, and experience working with distribution channels preferred.
• Proficiency with computers, Microsoft Office, and CRM systems such as Salesforce.

Minimum Requirements

• Ability to travel approximately 50%, including overnight stays within the territory.
• Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.

Additional Information

Salary range: $80,000 - $95,000 plus bonus/incentives. Benefits include health insurance, paid time off, and 401(k). Residency in NY or PA required or the ability to relocate. This position offers flexible remote work arrangements.
