Qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent in a relevant discipline.
• Minimum of 4 years of related professional experience.
• Ability to analyze routine supply chain issues and propose solutions.
• Strong customer-service orientation and stakeholder management.
• Familiarity with GMP/GCP and 21 CFR Part 11 is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Participate in project activities and timelines under management guidance.
• Partner with Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Quality to execute milestones.
• Ensure accuracy and tracking of supply chain documentation and records.
• Manage inventory tracking, reporting, and analytics.
• Develop PowerPoint presentations and maintain dashboards and metrics.
• Track project status updates and prioritize multiple projects.
• Troubleshoot routine operational and process issues.
• Take meeting minutes and maintain project documentation.
• Support external suppliers in workstreams and deliverables.
• Monitor deliverables to support patient treatment schedules.
