Thermo Fisher Scientific in Middleton, Wisconsin, is seeking a Senior Manager in the Cell and Gene Therapy department. The role supervises line leaders and high-level contributors, directing improvements in systems, processes and procedures to boost efficiency and quality in the laboratory.

The Senior Manager will manage proposals, budgets, audits and capacity planning, while mentoring team members and ensuring compliance with GMP and regulatory standards. This is a fully onsite, full-time role.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of leadership experience in biotech or pharma.
• Experience managing budgets, resources, and programs.
• Strong knowledge of GMP, GCP, GLP and regulatory expectations.

Responsabilités

• Oversee and mentor line leaders and senior staff to ensure quality and efficiency.
• Direct resource planning, budgeting, and capacity forecasting.
• Lead audits, client proposals, and project profitability.
• Develop SOPs and drive continuous improvements in lab operations.
• Collaborate with clients and cross-functional teams to define scope and pricing.
• Ensure revenue recognition and billing accuracy.
