Job summary

Genezen is seeking a Manufacturing Technician I to perform hands‑on production operations for clinical and/or commercial cell and gene therapy products in a cGMP environment. You will work with MSAT, QC, QA, Engineering, and Validation teams to ensure safe, compliant, and high‑quality manufacturing processes.

The role is Monday‑Friday, 7am–3:30pm at the Lexington, MA facility, with opportunities to support shift activities and continuous development in a fast‑growing company.

Qualifications

• Hand-on experience writing and reviewing documentation.
• Experience in (bio)-manufacturing unit operations (USP and/or DSP).
• 0-2 years prior manufacturing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Execute routine and non-routine production activities according to the manufacturing schedule.
• Follow cGMP requirements, SOPs, batch records, and solution preparation records.
• Operate ERP system and maintain real-time transactions.
• Demonstrate aseptic processing techniques and support equipment operations.
