Job summary

Genezen is seeking a Manufacturing Technician II/III to play a hands-on role in the production of clinical and/or commercial cell and gene therapies, ensuring safe, compliant manufacturing operations in a cGMP environment. You will work with MSAT, QC, QA, Engineering, and Validation teams to maintain quality and compliance.

The position is on the 2nd shift, Monday-Friday, 3pm-11:30pm in our Lexington, MA facility.

Qualifications

• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to follow GDP and GDP-driven documentation practices.
• Experience with SOPs, batch records, and solution records.

Responsibilities

• Execute routine and non-routine production activities per schedule.
• Follow cGMP requirements, SOPs, batch records, and solution prep records.
• Use ERP system to execute transactions in real time.
• Demonstrate aseptic processing techniques and operate in Pre-culture, USP, DSP, buffer prep, Fill Finish.
• Perform troubleshooting and communicate critical production information during handoffs.
