Symbotic in Wilmington, MA (HQ) is seeking a Program Manager for Cell Engineering to own planning, execution, and visibility of multiple concurrent hardware programs. You will coordinate mechanical, electrical, and systems teams to meet milestones, BOMs, drawings, and release dependencies, while managing supplier and customer communications.

Ideal candidates bring 8+ years in hardware program management, experience with NPD/NPI processes, and proficiency with JIRA and Microsoft Project.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of related program management experience in hardware
• Experience leading complex hardware programs such as automation or robotics
• Experience with BOMs, drawings, ECNs, and design releases

Responsibilities

• Own program planning and execution across multiple concurrent cell hardware programs
• Coordinate engineering execution across mechanical, electrical, layout, installation, systems and cross-functional teams
• Manage hardware program deliverables including BOMs, drawings, models, and release dependencies
• Establish clear program visibility through plans, dashboards and risk tracking
• Partner with suppliers, purchasing, and third-party engineering partners to track deliverables and resolve gaps
• Manage changing scope, priorities, and resource constraints while giving stakeholders clear options
• Support customer, integration, demonstration, validation, and deployment activities when required
