Cytiva is seeking a Commercial Leader for Mammalian Cell Culture in the Central US, with remote work within the territory and travel for customer engagements. You will lead Cell Culture Sales Specialists and Field Application Scientists, driving growth through innovative media and process liquid solutions.

The role blends scientific knowledge, strategic thinking, and customer focus to accelerate bioprocessing advancements. Strong leadership and consultative selling experience are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA a plus.
• Proven leadership of teams in matrix organizations.
• Strong communication, presentation, and strategic planning skills.
• Experience in consultative sales methodologies (e.g., Miller Heiman, SPIN).

Responsabilités

• Lead and develop high-performing Cell Culture Sales Specialists and Field Application Scientists.
• Drive mammalian cell culture commercial strategy across media, supplements, and process liquids.
• Build trusted relationships with biotechnology, vaccine, and biopharma customers; support process development and manufacturing initiatives.
• Collaborate across Cytiva, BioProcess, GenMed, Discovery & Medical to deliver integrated solutions.
