Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in cell biology, biotechnology, or a related scientific field.
• At least 1 year of relevant experience in cell culture or laboratory operations.
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and organizational skills.

Responsabilités

• Perform suspension cell culture operations following established protocols.
• Monitor and troubleshoot cell culture processes and report issues.
• Maintain documentation of experiments, procedures, and results.
• Submit weekly summaries of completed work.
• Update production records and SOPs to improve accuracy and consistency.
• Support additional tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
