Job summary

Eurofins DiscoverX Products, LLC is seeking a Scientist I to drive cell-based bioassay development for biologics characterization, potency, and product development. The role combines hands-on lab work with data analysis and cross-functional collaboration to ensure high-quality results.

The position supports assay design, qualification, transfer, and data interpretation using GraphPad Prism, JMP, and related software, with a strong emphasis on quality and data integrity in a Fremont, CA setting.

Qualifications

• MS degree in a related scientific field with 2+ years of industry experience.
• BS degree with 3+ years of industry experience.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, qualify, and transfer cell-based bioassays for potency and product characterization.
• Perform routine and non-routine lab experiments using established procedures.
• Maintain assay-ready cell lines and cell banks for projects.
• Evaluate assay performance: accuracy, precision, specificity, sensitivity, linearity.
• Maintain reagents, consumables, and inventory.
• Document qualification studies and ensure data integrity.
