Chromalloy is seeking a Production Worker to support aerospace component manufacturing in a fast-paced environment. You will use hand tools, power tools, and equipment to prepare materials, assist production, and ensure safety, quality, and efficiency.

You will work on 2nd shift, Monday–Friday, 3:00pm–11:00pm, with a $2.00 shift differential and starting pay of $22.39 per hour. Training on first shift for 90 days is required before switching to your regular shift.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.
• Ability to follow work instructions and standardized processes.
• Strong commitment to safety, quality, and attendance.

Responsabilités

• Use hand, power, and machine tools to prepare, clean, and process molds, equipment, parts, assemblies, and machinery.
• Perform production tasks following standardized work instructions and established procedures.
• Cross-train and support operations across multiple production areas.
• Follow all safety procedures and properly use required personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Maintain compliance with Job Safety Analyses (JSAs), Safety Data Sheets (SDS), and company safety requirements.
• Support production goals in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Job Summary

In this role, you'll use hand tools, power tools, and equipment to prepare materials, support production processes, and help ensure products are manufactured safely, efficiently, and to quality standards.

Training

New hires must be available to train on 1st shift, Monday-Friday, 7:00a-3:00p for a minimum of 90 days before transitioning to their regularly assigned shift.

Work Environment & Physical Requirements

• Work is performed in a manufacturing environment with exposure to machinery, moving equipment, noise, fumes, and varying temperatures.
• Frequent standing, walking, stooping, kneeling, crouching, and reaching throughout the workday.
• Regular lifting and movement of materials up to 30 pounds.
• Required use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and adherence to all safety requirements
