Job summary

Chromalloy is seeking a Production Worker to support aerospace component manufacturing in a fast-paced production environment. You’ll use hand tools, power tools, and equipment to prepare materials and help ensure products are manufactured safely, efficiently, and to quality standards.

This position operates on 2nd shift (Mon-Fri, 3:00pm–11:00pm) with a $2.00 shift differential and a starting rate of $22.39/hr.

Qualifications

Job Summary

We're looking for a Production Worker to support the manufacturing and processing of aerospace components in a fast-paced production environment. In this role, you'll use hand tools, power tools, and equipment to prepare materials, support production processes, and help ensure products are manufactured safely, efficiently, and to quality standards.

Shift: 2nd shift, Monday - Friday 3:00pm - 11:00pm

Union: This position is represented by Local 475.

Shift Differential: $2.00

Starting Rate: $22.39/hr

Training: New hires must be available to train on 1st shift, Monday-Friday, 7:00a-3:00p for a minimum of 90 days before transitioning to their regularly assigned shift.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Use hand, power, and machine tools to prepare, clean, and process molds, equipment, parts, assemblies, and machinery.
• Perform production tasks following standardized work instructions and established procedures.
• Cross-train and support operations across multiple production areas.
• Follow all safety procedures and properly use required personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Maintain compliance with Job Safety Analyses (JSAs), Safety Data Sheets (SDS), and company safety requirements.
• Support production goals in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Work Environment & Physical Requirements

• Work is performed in a manufacturing environment with exposure to machinery, moving equipment, noise, fumes, and varying temperatures.
• Frequent standing, walking, stooping, kneeling, crouching, and reaching throughout the workday.
• Regular lifting and movement of materials up to 30 pounds.
• Required use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and adherence to all safety requirements
