Gap Inc. is seeking a Senior Director, Head of Celebrity & VIP Relations to own our celebrity strategy and relationships. You will create opportunities for authentic brand engagement through placements, events, gifting, editorial opportunities, and cultural moments.

You will lead relationships with celebrities, agents, stylists, and publicists, driving brand heat and coverage across media channels. This role emphasizes long-term partnerships and strategic visibility.

Formación

• Experience building relationships with celebrities, agents, stylists, and publicists.
• Ability to lead product placement strategies and high-visibility dressing opportunities.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects within budgets and timelines.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and manage strategic relationships with celebrities, VIPs, agents, managers, publicists, and celebrity stylists.
• Lead celebrity product placement strategy.
• Identify opportunities for product seeding, gifting, organic placement, and strategic celebrity visibility.
• Lead high visibility dressing opportunities in partnership with stylists.
• Develop relationships with top stylists and their teams.
• Identify upcoming red carpet, award show, premiere, festival, press, and cultural opportunities.
• Coordinate celebrity and VIP appearances, events, launches, dinners, and brand activations.
• Negotiate celebrity and VIP partnerships alongside legal/business affairs.
• Build and maintain a strategic celebrity and VIP database with key dates and affinities.
• Monitor celebrity culture and identify opportunities for timely brand integration.
• Work with PR/Communications to maximize celebrity moments and with Social/Marketing to amplify placements.
