Job summary

USA Renovations is seeking a dedicated Construction Cleaning Technician (ceilings) to support post-remodeling cleanup for Walmart stores nationwide. Duties include ceiling cleaning with lifts, travel to sites, and lodging provided by the company.

The role requires the ability to work at elevated heights, operate lift equipment, and travel across the country. Per diem of $30 per day is offered in addition to wages, with weekly pay and potential bonuses for early project completion.

Qualifications

• Prior construction cleaning experience, especially ceilings.
• Ability to operate lifts or willingness to learn lift models.
• Valid driver's license; CDL preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ceiling cleaning and sanitizing in grocerystores post-remodeling.
• Operate and maintain scissor lift equipment safely.
• Travel to retail grocery store locations nationwide; per diem of $30/day while traveling.
• Stay in company-provided accommodations and use company vehicle with fuel/tolls paid.
• Coordinate with project managers to meet timelines and report progress.
