Job summary

USA Renovations seeks a dedicated Construction Cleaning Technician specializing in ceilings to join our post-remodeling cleanup crew for Walmart stores. You will ensure renovated spaces meet the highest cleanliness standards and operate at elevated heights using lift equipment.

The role involves traveling to store locations nationwide with accommodations provided. Per diem of $30 per travel day, company vehicle, fuel/tolls paid, and bonuses for early project completion are available.

Qualifications

• Experience in construction cleaning, especially ceilings.
• Familiarity with operating lifts or willingness to learn.
• Valid driver’s license; CDL preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ceiling Cleaning: Thoroughly clean and sanitize ceilings in grocerystores post-remodeling.
• Utilize lift equipment to access and clean ceilings at varying heights.
• Travel to retail grocery store locations across the country to perform cleaning duties; per diem paid for travel days.
• Accommodations: Hotel stays provided during projects; company vehicle with fuel/tolls paid.
• Project Management: Collaborate with project managers to meet deadlines and report progress.
