Job summary

USA Renovations seeks a dedicated Construction Cleaning Technician specialized in ceilings for post-remodel Walmart stores. You will access ceilings with lifts, clean and sanitize surfaces, and travel nationwide with company-provided accommodations.

The role requires strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently or in a team, with clear communication to project managers to meet deadlines. Per diem and weekly pay are provided.

Qualifications

• Experience in construction cleaning, especially ceilings.
• Familiarity with operating lifts or willingness to learn.
• Valid driver's license; CDL preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ceiling cleaning: thoroughly clean and sanitize ceilings in post-remodel grocery stores.
• Scissor lift operation: operate and maintain lift equipment safely.
• Travel: travel to retail store locations nationwide; $7.25 per hour for travel >2 hours.
• Accommodations: hotels provided; company furnishes a vehicle and pays fuel/tolls.
• Project management: coordinate with managers and team to meet deadlines and report progress.
